6200 Hudson was delivered through a 2-phase value-add strategy. Phase one converted a former silk factory into 56 loft-style apartments, revitalizing a historic asset. Phase two introduced a new concrete-and-steel structure with two wood-framed floors, adding 14 additional units and significantly increasing overall project density and return potential.
